The annual costumed character program, this year called "Party With Spot!" will start at 12:30 this Saturday (January 30th) in the Sturgeon Bay Library.  Children between 2 and 6 are encouraged to bring their grownups and big kids to enjoy Eric Hill's stories about Spot, play fun games, make a peekaboo craft, and have a yummy cookie for a snack.  Spot the dog will be there to play games and give hugs, so bring your family camera to record the memories.
